Q: What do unlicensed visitors need to do if wanting to have a go at shooting?
A: Check out the Calendar page and contact the relevant Shoot Captain of the event you wish to attend. Firearms can be borrowed.
There may be a cost for ammunition. All unlicensed shooters are personally supervised and coached. A range fee
applies to all adult non-amenity members who intend to shoot. Juniors must be at least 11 years old.
It is a requirement that you bring...
- photographic ID (eg Driver's Licence, Passport, School ID) This also applies to juniors
- safety glasses
- hearing protection - available at the range.
- enclosed shoes. (no thongs, sandals, crocks etc)
