* CHRISTMAS CLOSURE*

The range will be closed from 5pm Sunday the 22th of December and reopen on Saturday the 4th of January 

* General meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at the Jubliee rooms (the old library opposite the MECC) located on Gordon Street. Meetings commence at 7:30pm.
* The Annual General Meeting will be held on the 14th of August 2024 at CQU Ooralea (room TBA), commencing at 7:00pm. The General Meeting for August will commence on the conclusion of the AGM.

 
SSAA Mackay welcomes all SSAA Members and Authorised Guests to the Brightly Shooting Complex.

Association Firearms are available for use at most monthly Q17 Organised Competitions.

If you need to use an Association Firearm in a Q17 Organised Competition, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to the Shoot Captain of the competition you wish to attend, see Shoot Captains list

Association Firearms are not available outside of Q17 Organised Competitions, and must use Factory Ammunition. (No hand loads to be used)

No photos, videos or any information from the Brightly Shooting Complex are to be taken/ collected for any reason, website, radio, television or publication, without the permission of the Range Operator.
